Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

Article 1: Purpose

Article 2: Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs. [Orizon7] reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed on the basis of the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Article 3: Order and Payment

Validating your order implies the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment for your purchases is made by the secure means offered on the site (Bank Card, PayPal, etc.).

Article 4: Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Return costs: Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Product condition: Any returned product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Any damage to the product may result in a partial refund.

Article 5: Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the "Shipping Policy" page. [Orizon7] cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay due to the carrier.

Article 6: Legal Guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, we undertake to refund or exchange the product at no cost to you.

The store's liability cannot be engaged for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product or for any inconvenience inherent in the use of the Internet network (virus, service interruption).

Article 8: Applicable Law
